Barn and Farm Conversions | Prices from £TBC

Overlooking the Menai Strait this development is truly unique, allowing the conversion and refurbishment of old barns of the grade II listed manor house to gaze out across the water to the mainland.

Yn edrych dros Y Fenai, mae’r datblygiad unigryw o hen ysguboriau’r maenordy gradd ii yn caniatau golygfeydd dros y dŵr am y tîr mawr.

This peaceful setting has been delicately designed, aiming to reuse, preserve and renovate as much of the existing buildings as possible. The properties are finished with a modern twist, but include many characterful features.

Mae’r lleoliad tawel wedi ei ddylunio’n ofalus, gyda’r nôd o ail-ddefnyddio, amddiffyn, a diogelu’r adeiladau presennol. Mae’r adeiladau wedi eu gorffen gyda chymysg o ddylunio modern, yn cynnwys rhai nodweddiadau llawn cymeriad.

Historically, the main manor house always serviced a farm, hence the large amount of outbuildings. Records show that the main set of building in its current capacity go back as far as 1847, while the name Lleiniog has long since been associated with the neraby medieval ruins of Castell Aberlleiniog. It is also thought that Lleiniog beach was one of the first causeways between the mainland and the island, well before any bridges were constructed, thus highlighting the historical significance of this area.

Yn hanesyddol, pwrpas y maenordy oedd gwasanaethu fferm-dyma’r rheswm am y nifer o adeiladau allanol/ysguboriau.

Yn ôl cofnodion, mae’r prîf adeiladau sydd yn sefyll ar hyn o bryd yn dyddio’n ôl o 1847. Mae’r enw Lleiniog yn gysylltiedig a adfeilion canol oes Castell Aberlleiniog.

Mae rhai’n credu mae Traeth Lleiniog oedd y man glanio cyntaf rhwng y tîr mawr a’r Ynys-yn hîr cyn adeiladu’r pontydd. Mae’r uchod yn tynnu sylw pellach at arwyddocâd hanesyddol y safle.
