Exclusive South Manchester Development

A unique development situated on the edge of Altrincham.

The house is designed in an Arts and Crafts style with neo-Jacobean detailing using red brick with terra-cotta details, high quality joinery and ironwork.

In the late 20th century the building was converted into seven apartments and the stable block replaced with a large garage and storage building.

Planning began in 2018 and work commenced early in 2019 to restore this beautiful dwelling into one luxurious and exclusive home, together with a new extensive garage block and orangery.

All work including exterior and interior has been carefully detailed and bespoke created by highly skilled hand craftsmen, with some truly unique and one-off results. Terracotta brick has been cleaned, pointed and reused on the exterior walls to typify the neo-Jacobean style of the building and has been extended to the garden to including terraces, outdoor kitchens and water features, while hand crafted sandstone has been used to highlight window ledges and door lintels as well as the two storey bays. Internally, oak panelling has been designed and manufactured by our own team, Derwent Valley Joinery, to create an exclusive ambience in the entrance hall, while tailored oak detail has been added to the staircase and gallery.

It will be absolutely stunning when finished in the summer of 2021.
